Established in 1986, Wright Engineering has grown into a specialist industrial engineering contractor delivering complex projects across heavy industry, infrastructure and process sectors.
What began with a strong foundation in engineering and fabrication has evolved into a multidisciplinary business capable of delivering integrated engineering solutions across materials handling, specialist industrial installation and complex steelwork delivery.
Today, Wright Engineering support some of the UK’s most operationally critical assets, working alongside EPC contractors, Tier 1 organisations and industrial end users where safety, planning, lifecycle support and delivery certainty are critical
We Do Difficult
Wright Engineering have built a reputation around delivering projects where complexity, operational constraints and programme pressures demand a higher level of planning, engineering and execution.
From live operational environments and restricted-access installations through to modular infrastructure packages and programme-critical shutdowns, our teams are trusted to deliver projects safely, efficiently and right first time.
This mindset runs throughout every stage of project delivery — from engineering and planning through to fabrication, installation and commissioning.

Engineering & Delivery Capability
Operating from our North Nottinghamshire headquarters, Wright Engineering combine in-house engineering, fabrication, installation and project delivery capability with a trusted specialist supply chain to support complex industrial projects at scale.
Our facilities include approximately 3,500m² of fabrication, shotblast and paint capacity alongside dedicated engineering, assembly and project coordination functions.
Supported by advanced 3D modelling, structural engineering and digital coordination capability, we develop practical engineering solutions built around safe installation and efficient delivery.
Our Values
We break down silos by empowering teams to follow projects from concept to scale-up, ensuring deep expertise and faster results.
We value our people. Our aim is to attract, develop and retain the highest-performing teams possible. We achieve this through a culture of collaboration, recognition, reward & mentoring.
We achieve operational excellence of engineering project options, that is then followed by an evaluation & selection of project options and then the development of a project definition.
