1. Specification of Business Needs

The project begins with us getting a full understanding of the specification that looks at project benefits, risks & objectives

2. Development & Concept

We then begin a generation of engineering project options, that is then followed by an evaluation & selection of project options and then the development of a project definition.

3. Definition & Design

This involves the development of an engineering definition and basic design package details along with preparation of an accurate cost estimate

4. Detail Design & Procurement

We handle the development of an engineering specification, the detail design package and procurement.

5. Construction & Commissioning

Construction is in line with the design detail with all commissioning to agreed performance standards. We then do a handover of the constructed or commissioned project
